Alberobello
Known as the city of Trulli (cylindrical homes with cone roofs), from 1996 acknowledged by the UNESCO as world human heritage. This city is divided into two Areas: "Aia piccola" (Small farmyard), with 400 trulli and "Monti" (Mountains), with 1.030 trulli. The tortuous and pleasant small streets, the typical dry-stone houses, the many symbologies, make this place one of the most striking and curious itineraries of the Apulian region.
